Certain items may not be listed or sold on the School Junkie platform.

Users may not list or sell items that are unlawful, unsafe or prohibited by applicable laws.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• stolen goods
  
• counterfeit goods or replica branded items
  
• illegal products
  
• unsafe or hazardous items
  
• items that infringe intellectual property rights
  
• offensive or inappropriate material.

Listings that violate this policy may be removed and accounts may be suspended or terminated.

School Junkie reserves the right to remove listings that may expose the platform or users to legal risk.
