Notice and Takedown Procedure

School Junkie complies with the notice and takedown provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).

If any content on the platform is unlawful or infringes the rights of another person, it may be reported to School Junkie.

Submitting a Complaint

A notice of unlawful content should include:

• identification of the content in question
  
• the reason the content is unlawful or infringing
  
• the complainant’s contact details.

Review of Complaints

School Junkie may investigate reported content and may remove or disable access to listings where appropriate.

School Junkie may also restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies or applicable laws.
